The customer service was excellent with pleasant staff and a friendly check-in and check-out experience, making for a nice stay.

Breakfast stayed open later than many hotels. (9:30) The staff was friendly and helpful.

The room was a little stuffy at first. We were next to a family with several small children and in the morning they were so loud that they sounded like they were in our room with us. I think that would have been distracting no matter what hotel we were in lol.

Was bitten by bed bugs room 315.Was only offered to move to another room. My entire arm is still swollen with bites.

I liked that the location is near restaurants and shopping centers. Kids loved the pool and breakfast selection.

The channel selection could have been better.

This place is situated in a great spot, surrounded by excellent dining options, large shopping centers, and just a stone's throw away from Hulen Mall and other popular attractions.

1. Clean and comfy room 2. Convenient outlets for electronic phone chargers, etc. 3. Lots of towels 4. Iron & ironing board was convenient 5. Front desk was very courteous 6. Morning breakfast as good--from eggs, to oatmeal, fruit to yogurt, waffles to toast. 6. Location was great--close to everything 7. Shout-out to Michelle--she was so helpful!

Everything was amazing and clean at this 3-star hotel. The location was unbeatable and excellent, with a shopping mall and local stores within walking distance. It was lucky that Steak 'n Shake, offering food to go, was just a short walk away. We had a really good stay at this budget-friendly property.

The front desk was very rude wouldnt go back. Not even if it was free. As soon as we walked in she was very rude.

I had a particularly good and absolutely perfect room with very comfortable beds, the bath plus a hot tub. The location was marvelous and amazing for exploring this nice area, next to the common areas. I had a wonderful stay here and would come here again.

I was pleasantly surprised with how nice the rooms where and how friendly and helpful the staff where. The breakfast was very good. The location was so close to everything, within 4 to 5 miles of what me and my husband wanted to do. We will be back for sure.
